The Backstages
You must have noticed that among our collection photos, three faces come back... And for good reason, they have always been the permanent muses of our brand. It’s about a group of three friends; Jules, Pierre and Hugo, friends for over 25 years. When they were younger, they lived in the same town, in Biarritz and on the same street; that of the Ocean.
Our designer has known these young and cheerful boys for many years. Today, they are fully part of our family, our team and our talents. They are the image of our house and even participate in the development of our collections!
From now on, although they live in different places and worlds, they are still linked by their friendship and meet regularly to share, among other things, one of their common passion; surf.
For this and for several seasons, they have been traveling to the four corners of the world, to the most beautiful surf spots with our stylist. Thus, they carry out several photo sessions together in a spectacular environment and in a very friendly, family atmosphere.
We make the presentations ?
The blond one with the devastating smile is Jules. He wears two hats, that of architect and renowned photographer. He sometimes lends us his modeling looks, sometimes his talents as a photographer. His success took him to travel the world. Pierre, the brunette with long hair, works in the High-Tech sector. He lives between Paris and Biarritz. As for Hugo, the dark tattooed man is an adventurer who can't sit still. He lives in Australia.
Each of them has their own style, their look, their own way of wearing clothing. They make our pieces their own by wearing them and bringing them to life every day. Much more than an image, much more than a piece of clothing, it is these emotions and this sensitivity that are captured by Jules' eye.
Our last shoot took place in Imsouane, one of the most famous surf spots. Jules and Pierre also wore and loved our West Summer jacket. Hugo, for his part, is a fan of the Baldwin OG 107.
Always looking for a challenge, the gang of three recently created their own clothing brand. We are working and collaborating with them on this project. We will have the opportunity to tell you more in a future newsletter.
