HISTORY

The blazer appeared in 1837, when the captain of the Royal Navy ship "HMS BLAZER" had his crew wear navy blue double-breasted jackets with copper buttons for the visit of Queen Victoria.

We will find it a little later used by country clubs and in colleges and then end up in our wardrobe.

Today, it has become timeless. It is one of the basics that everyone has.

This patchwork model was inspired by our own One to One concept, for which we create vests and blazers using vintage military clothing. It is an exclusive and excessive piece because it requires the use of several vintage fabrics from historical military clothing.

That's why, this time, we wanted to create a more affordable blazer. We therefore had the idea of creating a khaki cotton patchwork using fabrics with special authentic weaves used by the Army.

QUALITY

The construction of this patchwork was carried out in the traditional way and by hand, in our workshop. It is made of HBT, twill, canvas, ripstop and chevron fabrics.

We embellished it with special zigzag stitching to bring more originality and authenticity to the model.

It has a lapel collar, an inside pocket, a chest pocket inside which has an integrated pocket, two side pockets where our signature is located; the special glasses pocket.

Its black buttons are brown.

The fabric has been dyed, washed and stoned using a special process to give it a vintage appearance, including whitening of the seams.

The blazer is 100% cotton, so it can easily be machine washed.

STYLE

Each of the blazers is unique and original. They all have a different patchwork and this is what makes each piece authentic and rare.
